ORM pricing and licensing
How is ORM priced?
ORM is priced per workspace. Each plan includes a number of programs and a number of users, so the price follows the size of the portfolio you need to manage and the number of people who use ORM. Enterprise pricing is quoted for your requirements.
What counts as a user?
A user is any person with an account in your workspace. Each user is assigned a role of administrator, editor or viewer. Editors add and change data, such as imported files, blockers, dependencies and decisions, while viewers have read-only access. Every user counts toward the user limit of your plan, whatever their role.
What counts as a program?
A program is a coordinated body of work that ORM tracks as one unit, for example a core banking upgrade or a payment platform migration. Blockers, dependencies, risks and approvals belong to a program and do not count separately.
What is an AI document analysis?
When you upload a status report or similar document, ORM uses an AI model to read it, map its columns to ORM fields and extract programs, activities, blockers and risks. Each document analyzed counts once toward the monthly allowance of your plan. Importing a spreadsheet or CSV file is a separate allowance and does not use the AI model for parsing.
Which analysis in ORM uses AI?
Document analysis uses an AI model. Health scoring, delivery confidence, delivery constraint analysis, dependency detection, comparable programs and scenario analysis are calculated from your program data with defined scoring rules and statistics. A risk model trained on your own program history is planned for the Premium and Enterprise plans.
Does ORM replace Jira or Asana?
No. ORM sits above the tools your teams already use. It connects to them and adds the operational view across programs, teams and dependencies that task trackers do not provide.
Which systems can ORM connect to?
Jira and Asana connectors are available on the Standard plan and above. Data can also be added by Excel and CSV import, document upload or manual entry on every plan. Connectors to other systems can be delivered through implementation services.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. Moving to a larger plan keeps your programs, history and configuration and raises your limits. If you move to a smaller plan, the program, user and usage limits of that plan apply.
Is there a free plan or trial?
Every new workspace starts with a 14-day trial. The Free plan is available for those 14 days, and Standard and Premium start with a 14-day trial of their own. When the trial ends, access is restricted until a plan is chosen. Your programs, history and settings are kept and are available again as soon as the plan is confirmed.
Can JMA help us implement ORM?
Yes. JMA provides implementation, integration and operational advisory services to help ORM go live and be adopted across your organization. Services are quoted separately from the subscription.
How is my data kept separate from other customers?
Every organization works in its own isolated workspace with its own address. ORM is hosted on Amazon Web Services in Frankfurt, Germany. Enterprise customers can request a dedicated environment and hosting in the region they require.
