Product terms
Effective 17 October 2026
These product terms add to the general terms of service for the JMA product named in each section. A section applies only to its own product. When JMA adds a product, its terms are added here.
1. ORM
ORM is JMA's operational intelligence platform. It brings program, activity, blocker, dependency and risk information from files and connected tools into one view, and calculates health, delivery confidence, forecasts and related analysis from it.
Each company has one workspace on its own address. ORM is hosted on Amazon Web Services in the EU (Frankfurt) region. An Enterprise customer may agree with JMA in writing to a dedicated environment or another region.
ORM is offered on the Free, Standard, Premium and Enterprise plans. Every new workspace starts with a trial of fixed length, after which access is restricted until a plan is chosen. Paid plans are billed once a year, in advance. There is no monthly billing.
When a trial ends and no plan has been chosen, the workspace is closed and its data is kept for 90 days. During that period an administrator can choose a plan, which opens the workspace again with everything in place, and JMA writes to the administrators from time to time to remind them. After the 90 days the workspace and its data are deleted, and copies held in backups are removed as the backups expire. An administrator can ask for an export of the data before then by writing to contact@jma-consultancy.com.
A demonstration workspace is provided as is and may be limited or removed at any time. If a plan limit is reached, ORM tells the user plainly and does not delete data. Moving to a larger plan lifts the limit.
